Door-to-door FAQ

Do you pay import duties for my buyer?

No. Duties and taxes at destination are paid by the importer through their customs broker. We don't offer delivered-duty-paid (DDP) service.

Can you pick up from outside Florida?

Yes, through national LTL and truckload partners. Transit to Miami is added to your timeline.

What if delivery is attempted and no one is there?

Redelivery and storage charges may apply at origin or destination. We always confirm contact details and receiving hours in advance to avoid it.
