Service 01 · Air
When it has to be there this week, it flies. We book consolidated and direct air cargo from Miami International to airports across Latin America and the Caribbean.
Options
Your cargo travels with other shippers' on a master air waybill — usually the most economical air option for regular lanes.
A dedicated air waybill on the first suitable flight, for time-critical or high-value goods.
For emergencies like machine-down parts. Cargo goes on the next available departure with priority handling.
What's included
Air cargo has strict security, labeling, and documentation rules. We take care of them so your shipment isn't held at the terminal.
How air cargo is billed
Airlines charge whichever is greater: the actual weight, or the volumetric weight of the box.
Light but bulky cargo — like foam, plastics, or apparel — is often billed by volume. Try the calculator in our export guide.
Before you ship
Lithium batteries, paints, aerosols, perfumes, and many chemicals are regulated for air transport. Send us the Safety Data Sheet before shipping so we can confirm what's allowed, how it must be packed, and which carriers will accept it.
It depends on the airline and destination. As a rule, cargo with complete documents received at our warehouse by noon has the best chance of departing that evening.
No fixed minimum, but airlines apply minimum charges, so very small parcels may be better suited to express couriers. We'll tell you which makes more sense.
We confirm bookings with carriers, but airlines can offload cargo for weight or operational reasons. When that happens we rebook on the next available flight and notify you immediately.
